Welcome to Lovent Floral Studio. By accessing, browsing, or placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. General Information

Lovent Floral Studio is a floral design business specializing in fresh flower arrangements, plants, gifts, and related products. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and all purchases made through our online store.

2. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to product availability and payment verification.

Lovent Floral Studio reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Payment authorization failure.

• Pricing or product description errors.

• Product unavailability.

• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, the customer will receive a refund using the original payment method, when applicable.

3. Products

Because our arrangements are created using fresh flowers, every design is unique. Variations in color, size, bloom stage, texture, and flower availability are natural and should be expected.

Product photographs are intended as visual references only. Due to seasonal availability or market conditions, specific flowers or foliage may be substituted with blooms of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, quality, and appearance of the arrangement.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Applicable taxes, delivery fees, and any additional charges will be calculated during checkout before payment is completed.

Lovent Floral Studio reserves the right to modify prices, promotions, or product offerings without prior notice.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.

Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers. Lovent Floral Studio does not store complete credit or debit card information.

6. In-Store Pickup

Orders may be picked up during our regular business hours.

Customers are responsible for inspecting their order before leaving the store. Once an order has been picked up, we cannot accept claims for visible damage occurring after the customer has taken possession of the arrangement.

7. Delivery Service

Deliveries are made within the delivery areas and timeframes established by Lovent Floral Studio.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete recipient information, including address, telephone number, and any delivery instructions.

If incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible delivery information is provided, or if the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, additional delivery fees may apply for a second delivery attempt.

If delivery cannot be completed, the order will be returned to our shop. The customer may either pick up the arrangement or request a new delivery, subject to an additional delivery fee.

8. Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the floral arrangement enters the design or preparation process.

Once production or delivery preparation has begun, orders cannot be canceled.

Custom orders and holiday orders may be subject to different cancellation policies.

9. Returns, Refunds & Claims

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, all sales are final.

Returns and refunds are not accepted unless the issue is the direct result of an error by Lovent Floral Studio or the product does not meet our quality standards.

Any claim must be submitted on the same day the order is delivered and must include clear photographic evidence.

If a claim is approved, Lovent Floral Studio may, at its sole discretion:

• Replace the product.

• Issue a store credit.

• Provide another appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.

10. Holiday & Peak Seasons

During high-demand periods, including but not limited to:

• Valentine's Day

• Mother's Day

• Christmas

• Graduations

• Other major holidays

delivery times may vary due to increased order volume.

While we will make every reasonable effort to deliver within the selected delivery window, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed during peak seasons.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including photographs, logos, floral designs, graphics, text, branding, and other materials—is the property of Lovent Floral Studio or is used with proper authorization.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

Lovent Floral Studio shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, traffic conditions, government actions, labor disputes, or other force majeure events.

Our maximum liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the total purchase price paid for that specific order.

13. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all billing, shipping, and recipient information provided during checkout is complete and accurate.

Lovent Floral Studio is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

14. Privacy

The collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

15. Changes to These Terms

Lovent Floral Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication on our website.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the applicable federal laws of the United States.
